It's about high time I added something to this poor blog of mine! Here is a layout for Day20 of LOAD132. I've been feeling nostalgic about M4 being our last and putting away some of his things to be used no more...:(

Valentine's Day Countdown

The countdown is on! I got busy with Pinterest and have a daily surprise all ready (separate ones for hubby and kids). I'll reveal what each one was on Valentine's Day!

January 2013 Wrap-up

It’s that time again!  Another month has passed us by and it is time for a wrap-up.  So why do I do this? First of all my memory is terrible and often find myself wondering when such and such happened. Second of all I love lists and information. Third of all I believe I am a type A personality. Let's just say that I like to see my life all wrapped up, nice and tidy with a bow. Enough said.

Dinner out for Indian cuisine (3^rd)

Shower for S Taylor (13^th) (Favourites bag including crib dribbler, face mask, timer, IKEA dishes)

Sean and kids up for visit (18-20^th)

Celebrated Jan’s birthday ({18^th} on the 20^th) – dinner,

Marlee school float parade (30^th)

Daycare kids birthdays (DC, OT – 9^th, CB 27^th) (Dairy Queen gift card $5)

Dinner out to Boston Pizza to fundraise for SCS youth group (28^th)

Dinner out with Williams (31^st)

Travel (1 hr plus):

Financial Purchases/ changes to the house etc.: (renovations, large household  purchases)

Health/Development/ Exercise/ Extra Curricular Activities:
Small group

Flu bug hit house Jan 23 pm until Sunday Jan 27th

Drew: basketball; BOOTC; council; men’s breakfast; dentist (31^st)

Alison: nursery; exercise; dentist (31^st)

Cierra: bowling; 1:1; Victorious, Justin Beiber

Matt: hockey; puppets; VPO; enjoying building LEGO coin machines, Minecraft games, music

Marlee: Creative Design; watching H20, started some Minecraft activities, enjoying monster high girls, barbies, art, music

Mitchell: nursery school; watching Dora, Diego, Bob the Builder and anything Fire Truck related; still up several times a night now wanting um; eating well; loves playing outside and with transportation; quite proficient with youtube and Netflix (monitored); acquired a few more words and signs but still not speaking well

Mackale: see monthly development 17.05 lbs (14^th); had flu as well

Accomplishments/ Disappointments (Goals - Gotta Do’s, Wanna do’s; OLW, projects)

Joined MMEW2.0; chose ‘Grace’ as my OLW; joined the History Project for the year and am participating in the BPC 4expert classes. Finished 2 photobooks – Childhood Neighbourhood
